Writing & Editing

The samples in the writing section were completed while collaborating with a group of people working on the same project. The Grant Proposal was written for Girls Inc. after they voiced their need for locating a new benefactor to support their cause. The research done was extensive and generated several foundations that were ready to listen to the cause. The grant proposal was submitted and accepted.

The samples in the editing section were completed as part of two Internships that I had. The one at Pathfinders was a website-editing role. The internship at the Hobart Family YMCA was also an editing role, but also included a few marketing tasks because the Y was undergoing a campaign for the new year in which they were promoting a new program that they had at the time. We created a campaigner's guide to help promote the Y's new program. We also created some flyers and posters which you can find in the samples below.
